Brookie (cookie-brownie) by Lea

Notes: For better taste, wait until it is cooled down but not cold as its amazing when the brownie is soft and smooth inside. Serve with vanilla ice cream!!

Ingredients

Cookie dough: 

  • 115g Butter
  • 160g brown sugar
  • 1tea spoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 230g plain flour
  • 100g chocolate cut in little pieces

Preparation: Melt the butter in a pot, mix it with brown sugar, add vanilla extract and the egg, mix everything, add the flour and knead to a dough, add chocolate

Brownie dough:

  • 170g Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g plain flour
  • 200g chocolate
  • 220g sugar
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
  • 2 table spoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Pinch of salt

Preparation: Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave, mix sugar, vanilla extract and eggs, add chocolate and butter, add cocoa powder and flour

 

Method

Put layers of cookie dough and brownie dough in a baking dish 190° for 30-40 minutes in the oven.
